Viral Traffic Hive is a free membership platform that aggregates traffic exchange links, stores member affiliate IDs, facilitates referral tracking, and provides tools for building downlines across multiple traffic exchange programmes. The Service also includes a viral banner display system where new members view sponsor banners upon registration.

We do not operate any traffic exchange programmes directly. We are a directory and management tool only. Any commissions, credits, or earnings generated on third-party traffic exchanges are governed entirely by those exchanges' own terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to participate in online marketing and affiliate programmes in your jurisdiction.

Your username becomes your permanent referral code and cannot be changed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Viral Traffic Hive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload banner ads or text ads containing illegal content, adult content, hate speech, malware, or deceptive claims
• Use the Service to promote pyramid schemes, illegal lotteries, or programmes that violate applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another member or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any practice that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or equivalent legislation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these conditions without notice.

When a new member registers through your referral link, they are required to view your uploaded banner ads before gaining access to the platform. By participating as a sponsor (uploading banners), you acknowledge that:

• Your banner content must comply with these terms at all times
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your banner and text ad content
• Viral Traffic Hive does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any product, service, or claim advertised in member banners or text ads
• The viral banner system is a feature of the free membership and may be modified or discontinued at any time

Viral Traffic Hive contains links to third-party traffic exchange websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting any third-party site is entirely at your own risk.

The Viral Smart Rotator is a separate, independent service. Participation is optional. Its terms and conditions are governed by Viral Smart Rotator independently of Viral Traffic Hive.

All original content on Viral Traffic Hive — including the site design, code, graphics, and written content — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

Member-uploaded content (banners, text ads, profile information) remains the intellectual property of the uploading member. By uploading content you grant Viral Traffic Hive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other users as part of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viral Traffic Hive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
