Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address, chosen username, and password (stored securely as a hash by Supabase Auth — we never see your plain-text password). If you choose to provide them, we also store your full name, bio, avatar URL, and Viral Smart Rotator affiliate ID.
Traffic Exchange Affiliate IDs
You may voluntarily enter your affiliate ID or username for each traffic exchange listed on the platform. This information is stored in your profile and used solely to build your personalised surf links.
Banner & Text Ad Content
Any banner HTML code and text ad content you upload is stored and displayed to other users as part of the Service.
Referral Data
We record which member referred you (your sponsor's username) in order to maintain the referral and downline system.
Usage Data
Basic technical data such as browser type and IP address may be collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Supabase / Netlify) for security and performance purposes. We do not operate independent analytics tracking.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication and password management are handled by Supabase Auth, which implements industry-standard security practices.
Email delivery is handled by Resend, a transactional email platform. Only your email address and name are passed to Resend for the purpose of sending emails you have opted in to by creating an account.
While we implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails to non-members. You may request removal from broadcast emails by contacting us at support@viraltraffichive.com. Note that deletion of your account will also stop all email communications.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
